It is such a great honour and pleasure to announce our upcoming retreat on Friday September 22nd 2023 in Vars, ON, 5-10pm.
This sacred evening is intended to provide a subtle yet powerful journey into remembering our own medicine.
In these times of great change, we are being called back to remember our true nature: Divine Beings having a human experience. This unique experience is open to all who are called from within to join and share our collective prayer of harmony and peace.
This is a retreat for those sensitive beings who wish to meet the medicines in a gentle way, as well as those who work with them regularly and are ready to deepen their personal practice and integrate the guidance into every moment.
This journey will focus on going within ourselves, listening, opening to and receiving the subtle messages contained within our hearts.
3 Sacred Earth medicines will be offered with deep reverence, humility and respect. You will meet Tobacco (hapé), Cacao and the sacred Grandmother Plant (in microdose form).
Our intention is to share these medicines as a bridge to connect you to their Spirits. Through breath work, meditation, sound, song and Mantra we will practice weaving our own medicines with the power and support of the plant world.

Hanú aka “the Tobacco Man” has been led to travel and sit with many different tribes and medicine people across the Americas. Through this journey he was able to receive so much healing, insight and initiations from both the medicine people and the spirit of the medicines themselves. He humbly walks this path in honour of those he’s met and those that continue to guide him in Spirit. It is a deep part of his service to bring these plants and medicines to those who feel called and share them in a sacred way. It is his deep prayer that we can all remember our sacred heart’s calling, and live in peace, harmony, joy and abundance both within and without, in balance with each other and Mother Nature.
Kristina Mira is an intuitive and Shamanic Healer and Ceremonialist based out of Greely, Ontario. She has spent the last 20 years learning various energy modalities, yoga, NIA, herbalism, shamanism, nutrition and more. Her early years were spent studying classical singing and competing at a National level and that has become one of her biggest spiritual tools.
She uses sound and her voice to help move and clear energy, and activate certain frequencies in the body. She has a passion for life and reconnecting to the Sacredness in all things and often teaches on subjects such as Shadow Work, Psychic Development, and Vocalizing. It is her great honour to hold space for others as they step into their power, their remembering, and their medicine.
