Join us for a night to calm and relax your nervous system while activating your body's own intelligence for healing through sound... all from the comfort of your home!
This unique experience combines various forms of energetic healing to support the group both as individuals and as a collective.
This is a night of Sound + Healing which is unique to those registered, and it's different every time. You may hear different voices, sounds, and tones... all there to provide healing and support. Kristina will "read' the energy, offering a sound and frequency translation. Along with singing, messages and teachings are often shared with the group as they come up.
Hanú brings a powerful addition to this already potent space with his Ancestral medicine and hapé. Hapé medicine is a powdered form of the Tobacco plant mixed with other plant materials (barks, leaves, flowers); that comes from Brazil and Hanú carries a deep relationship with it. The hapé is used to clear, make space, and balance energies. Throughout the hour, Hanú will be utilizing different varieties as he intuitively feels to support our space.
The beautiful thing about energy work is that it transcends all time and space, meaning that you can be anywhere and still fully receive healing energies. If you choose to be there LIVE, you will join us via Zoom. While you can be busy multitasking, or not even on the live call*, it is preferred that you are so that you can deepen your own awareness... and just take 60 mins to relax! With that being said, once you are registered, your healing will reach you. No need to worry about missed times, or kids running around. You will be muted and your camera can be off, so please know that you are welcome as you are.
In this space, you can clear stagnant energies, align your chakras (energy centres), activate creativity and leave feeling lighter, centred and more open for your life.
Kristina Mira is a mother, an Intuitive, Shamanic healer, Singer, and Life Alignment Coach whose active healing journey started with a Reiki training over 20 years ago! Since then she's studied many aspects of health and wellness, from holistic nutrition, yoga, and herbalism, to ThetaHealing, Crystal Shamanism, Sounding and more. She uses sound and her voice to help move and clear energy, and activate certain frequencies in the body, while using psychic ability to guide the flow of a session. She pulls from her various tools to listen and support the work that needs to be done in the moment, and works in the highest integrity of the energy.
Hanú has been on quite the transformative medicine journey! He has lived and travelled extensively through the US and across South America, studying with Shamans and learning from Indigenous elders. He's had Spirit-led Initiations and quests. He has spent time both in the jungle learning from plants, and also time in stillness and contemplation under the watch and guidance of Shunyamurti.
This is a great way to maintain your energetic hygiene and work with us in an accessible way.
