A 5 week course guiding you through your Shadows.

This is a course with LIVE content being shared every Sunday. You will have the opportunity to join in live and ask questions afterward or just watch the recording and email questions to be answered on the next call.
You will receive recordings of all 5 sessions along with written homework prompts for each week. Access to this program never expires so you are able to re-listen and work through the content over and over again.
